25.6 thousand used passenger cars imported from abroad were submitted for first registration in October 2025. This figure is 8.4% higher than the results of September of this year, and 53.9% higher than the same period in 2024.
The diagram shows import volumes as orange sections of the columns. Since the beginning of the year, import volumes have been gradually increasing: from 14.5 thousand cars in January to 25.6 thousand now. This is explained by the fact that demand for electric vehicles is increasing here, first of all — cars are bought before they are unloaded from the container. But when decisions are made based on emotions, the number of unsuccessful purchases also increases. Donʼt take risks at random: check the car by VIN code through CEBIA to know exactly what you are buying.

It is known that Volkswagen has long ruled the domestic market, but not only there — among newcomers from abroad it is also in first place: 3,449 cars. Next are Audi (2,444), Tesla (2,110), Nissan (2,022), BMW (1,626). This is a long-established electro-premium core of Ukrainian imports.
The top ten also includes more popular options: Renault, Ford, Hyundai, KIA, and Skoda. All of these brands confidently hold their positions because they offer the optimal balance of price, reliability, and comfort.
Among individual models , Golf, Tiguan and Passat are already evergreen hits that are confidently heading to Ukraine. And Tesla Model Y and Model 3, together with Nissan Leaf and KIA Niro, are taking the electric segment to a new level — in terms of volume, they are already confidently competing with classic ICE models.
As for premium models, last month the Ukrainian car fleet was replenished with the following cars of this category: one Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin, 2 Ferraris and 9 Maserati. Such cars are not about mass production, but about status. And although they do not provide statistics, the mood is undoubtedly there.
