Will there be enough fuel for everyone?

We asked Oleksandr Sirenko, an analyst at NaftoRynka, what could be the reason for such a jump in consumption, and whether the market operators have sufficient reserves (so as not to face a deficit again):

"The indicators for March are generally not so rosy, given the drop in sales of fuel to the population (non-commercial consumers)) in January-February. Operators say that the decrease in sales in winter is a consequence of mobilization processes, the male population began to drive less. I will make an accurate forecast, that the consequence of legislative changes will be a further decrease in fuel consumption at gas stations by individuals in the next two months. Therefore, under such circumstances, there should not be a shortage of fuel."
