In general, in August 2021 on the secondary market Ukrainians bought 4,691 pieces. passenger commercial vehicles with a total weight of up to 3.5 tons (LCV). Of these, 3,340 units (71%) — domestic resale, 1,351 units. (29%) were brought from abroad.
Compared to the previous month ( July 2021 ), the total market volume decreased by 9%. The share of domestic resale in the structure of the secondary market increased from 69% to 71%, the share of imported cars decreased from 31% to 29%.
Compared with August 2020, the total market volume decreased by 9%. The shares of imports and domestic sales in the market structure have hardly changed.
The most popular models on the secondary market
In August, the leader of the ranking of the most popular LCVs on the secondary market changed: Mercedes-Benz Sprinter pushed Renault Master to the second place. The Volkswagen Crafter left the rating, while the Opel Vivaro came in seventh.

In August, the first place among the most popular used LCV in the domestic market remained for Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, such Ukrainians bought 410 units.
Mercedes-Benz 100D and Fiat Doblo left the rating, while Mercedes-Benz Vito and Renault Trafic appeared.

The most popular used LCV from abroad in August, as well as in July, was Renault Master (284 imported cars).
Only one car dropped out of the rating — Mercedes-Benz Vito, its place was taken by Ford Transit Custom.
