According to the results of two tenders for the purchase of semi-trailers and tractors, "Ukrnafta" has identified only gasoline tankers as the winning suppliers, reports Naftorynok.
In the first major tender announced by the new management of Ukrnafta for the purchase of trailers and semi-trailers for the transportation of light petroleum products and liquefied gas, there were two lots : 10 gas trucks and 15 gasoline trucks were to be purchased separately. According to the tender, there was considerable interest in the two lots from foreign manufacturers: China, India and Turkey, who could not participate due to the requirements of the law, because from 2023 the degree of localization production should be at least 15%.
Semi-trailers for the transportation of liquefied gas were offered by LOGINTECH LLC (price per unit — UAH 4.736 million including VAT), Everlast LLC (UAH 5.33 million) and T-TRAILER (UAH 5.788 million). Among the applicants, there was only one manufacturer — Odesa Everlast, the rest — distributors of Turkish factories. No European manufacturer took part in the tender.
All three suppliers, among which Everlast could be the likely winner, submitted insufficient or inaccurate information. As a result, Yaroslav Ursu, the person authorized to carry out the procurement, decided to reject the offers for gas carriers.
Five companies, including only two national manufacturers, participated in the lot for the supply of gasoline trucks. The winner was the plant in Bilyaivka (Odesa region), with which Ukrnafta must conclude a contract for the supply of 15 semi-trailers for light petroleum products by the end of 2023. There is no information on the manufacturerʼs website about the possibility of manufacturing aluminum tanks.
Another tender for motorized transport vehicles (truck tractor) ended with the intention to conclude a contract with PrJSC "HALYCHYNA-AVTO". The company lowered its offer to UAH 106.7 million and, after rejecting the offer of "ENERGOTECH-SERVICE" LLC (UAH 104.55 million) due to technical inconsistencies, was chosen as the winner.
Thus, in case of conclusion of contracts and implementation of equipment in accordance with the terms of reference by the end of 2023, Ukrnafta can receive 15 gasoline trucks at a price of UAH 7.988 million per unit and 10 tractors at a price of UAH 4.268 million.
