In general, compared to the import of used vehicles, the segment of export cars is ten times smaller, but this is also a trend: Ukraine is not always the end point where a car ends its existence. Experts of the Institute of Car Market Research believe that the potential of exporting used cars from Ukraine is underestimated and will continue to grow in the future.
"Ukraine is on its way to joining the European Union. Taking into account the geographical position, established deliveries of cars from abroad, our country has an excellent chance to become a logistics "hub" between the West and the East. We can export both cars from the domestic market and organize purchase and delivery from the EU to third countries. Today, the markets of Lithuania and Georgia operate in this format. The future of the Ukrainian car market may be similar," says Yulia Rykovska, CEO of West Auto Hub.
