The E-recording system has been updated in the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
On March 25, all service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs switched to a new electronic registration system for receiving services.
As reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the new system is fully automated, protected from bots and external interference.
To receive the service, you should visit the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairsʼ Service Center, where you can sign up for the service 21 days in advance. You can also get a coupon at the self-service terminal located in the Ministry of Internal Affairsʼ service centers, but registration there takes place (subject to availability) on the same day.
To register on the site, you must authenticate using ID.GOV.UA, then the system will ask for your email address and phone number, and offer available dates and times. After selecting them, the user will receive a confirmation email to the specified email address.
The Main Service Center reminded that registration is completely individual, and if discrepancies are found in the documents, the service will be denied. Also, the new E-registration system has a limit on the number of registrations — for individuals up to 4 per month, for legal entities — up to 4 per day (or up to 6 if registering at the terminal).
